The William Raveis Field Training Program

Another advantage to getting your real estate license (Massachusetts or Connecticut) is our field training program. It is designed to help new agents achieve two transactions in 90 days or less. No other Massachusetts or Connecticut real estate license company provides this knowledge transfer from both management and sales associates who share their knowledge and experience in the real estate industry with new agents.

You will be assigned your own personal field trainer, who is an experienced sales associate with a proven track record. The field trainer will: 

• Provide you with a support system throughout New Agent Training and beyond
• Provide direction and encouragement in all areas of prospecting
• Train you on telephone technique and office floor-time protocol
• Allow you to shadow them on their own appointments with clients
• Assist you in all areas related to the listing and the buying process of your first two transactions

• Use the William Raveis listing presentation book
• Handle buyer representation
• Negotiate a sale
• Practice cold calls with written scripts to "For Sale By Owners" and expired listings
• Hold a Public Open House
• Overcome objections and stalls from the customer
• Complete all paperwork necessary to finish a transaction with either a buyer or seller
• Follow-up on a sale
